To register for one of the available sports:
Online: Click on the registration button next to the sport you wish to register for and follow the online instructions.
Walk In: Stop by Hillside Community Church at 5354 Haven Ave., Alta Loma, CA between 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m. Monday - Thursday.

Medical insurance is required for each player

Only completed forms accompanied by registration fees and insurance information will be accepted. Incomplete forms will be returned and registration will be delayed
Payment Methods: Cash or check (in person). Make checks payable to: Upward Bound Sports. Credit card online only.
Refunds: Upon cancellation for any reason, there is a $50.00 non-refundable fee. Upon notification of team assignment there is no refund.
